Job Overview
Ecoholics is looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Meta & Google Ads Specialist with proven experience in EdTech lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to generate high-quality leads while maintaining strong campaign performance and ROI.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling lead generation campaigns, optimizing cost per lead (CPL), and driving consistent results for educational products or services.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Generate high-quality leads for Ecoholics' educational programs while achieving CPL and ROI targets.
• Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages,



and lead generation funnels.
• Monitor and improve campaign performance using key metrics such as CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Lead Quality.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and scalability.
• Manage daily advertising budgets and maximize return on ad spend.
• Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Prepare performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest platform updates, advertising trends, and performance marketing strategies.
• The candidate will be evaluated not only on lead volume and CPL, but also on lead quality, qualified-lead rate, conversion to enrollment, CAC, and overall campaign ROI.

Requirements & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
