Role Description The Formulation Technician role is a full time, on-site position based in Imphal. The technician will support the development of botanical and nutraceutical formulations by preparing samples, weighing and mixing ingredients, operating laboratory equipment, and documenting procedures and results. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in research and development activities, conducting stability and performance tests on formulations, and ensuring compliance with internal quality, safety, and traceability standards. The role also involves collaborating with R&D; and operations teams on technology transfer, scaling formulations from lab to production, and maintaining a clean, well-organized laboratory and processing environment.
