About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Associate to join our Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing full-fledged financial statements from scratch, managing technical accounting matters, and supporting M&A; accounting transactions. The ideal candidate brings a robust Big 4 advisory background,
deep domain knowledge in financial services and products, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Statement Preparation: Draft and prepare complete end-to-end USGAAP and IFRS financial statements from scratch, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements (P&L;), Notes to Accounts and relevant Disclosures.
• Statutory Reporting & Compliances: Ensure compliance with applicable statutory accounting frameworks and technical standards.
• Technical Accounting: Handle complex accounting treatments and technical disclosures related to financial instruments and financial products.
• M&A; & Deal Accounting: Support M&A; accounting activities, business combinations, and special accounting projects.
• Systems & Process Improvement: Assist with reporting platform enhancements and system implementation initiatives.
