JOB ROLE

We are looking for an organised and approachable HR and Admin Qualified to manage the people systems and daily operations that help our school run smoothly.
At TCG, HR and administration are not back-office functions.



They are what allow teachers to teach and children to thrive. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, contracts, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance. It also includes school administration: vendors, procurement, facilities, transport, records, and support for events and admissions.
The ideal candidate combines structure with sensitivity. They should be detail-oriented, calm under multiple priorities, and comfortable with spreadsheets and HR tools. They should communicate clearly in English and Hindi/Marathi. Experience in a school setting will be an
