Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Delhi. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities for BluSalzz Hotels & Resorts, including identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing corporate and leisure accounts, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and rates,



and coordinating with operations and marketing teams to ensure service alignment with client needs. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and representing the property at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the hotel leadership team to meet occupancy and revenue targets while maintaining BluSalzz’s standards of exceptional hospitality.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in sales planning, account management, and revenue generation within hospitality or a related service industry.
• Solid relationship-building, client servicing, and negotiation skills to manage corporate, leisure, and group business effectively.
