About the Role
We’re Scale.jobs, a Techstars-backed, profitable startup building the future of job search while shipping world-class products out of Hyderabad. We’re looking for a driven Program Consultant (Sales – US Region) to support and grow our US-region B2C sales efforts through high-volume outreach and strong conversion focus.

Key Responsibilities
• Make high-volume outbound calls to company-provided US leads and convert them into paying customers
• Manage the sales cycle from first contact to close: lead qualification, needs discovery, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
• Run consultative sales conversations that match the customer's job search needs to the right Scale.jobs plan
• Execute disciplined follow-up cadences across phone, email, and SMS using CRM, to re-engage warm and cold leads
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and keep CRM records, call notes, and lead statuses accurate and up to date




• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including dials, talk time, connect rate, consultations booked, conversion rate, and revenue
• Refine call scripts, rebuttals, and pitch based on call feedback and customer insights
• Follow US calling compliance requirements, including TCPA and Do Not Call (DNC) guidelines
• Share customer feedback and market signals with the product and leadership teams

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 2 to 4 years of outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales experience (mandatory); US or international voice process experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas in a B2C, high-velocity environment
• Excellent spoken English with explicit, neutral, and confident communication
• Strong cold calling, rapport building, active listening, objection handling, and closing skills
• Hands-on experience with a CRM (Close
