Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Sales Manager role in the Direct channel, based in Noida. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales professionals focused on selling Bajaj Life Insurance products directly to customers, ensuring achievement of revenue, productivity, and conversion targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, providing coaching and mentoring to team members, and driving high-quality customer interactions across digital and telephonic touchpoints. The role involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams for lead management, campaign execution, and process improvements, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards. The Sales Manager is also expected to prepare regular reports, analyze sales data, and recommend initiatives that enhance customer experience and business growth in the Noida region.
