About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Creative Director to join our growing creative team and lead the development of impactful, digital-first ideas for our clients.
If you can turn a brief into a big idea, understand what makes content work on social media, and know how to push a creative team to produce work that people actually notice, we'd love to meet you.
This is a hands-on creative leadership role involving concept development, campaign ideation, social media, branding, content, pitches, and team management.
What You'll Do
• Lead teams in creative ideation for digital campaigns, social media, branding, content, and integrated campaigns.
• Develop big ideas, creative platforms, campaign concepts, taglines, content properties, and social-first campaigns.
• Translate brand and business objectives into strong, culturally relevant creative ideas.




• Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, designers, art directors, and content creators.
• Review creative work and provide clear direction and feedback.
• Develop concepts for Instagram Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static content, YouTube, LinkedIn, influencer content, and digital activations.
• Work closely with Strategy, Account Management, Media, Influencer Marketing, and Production teams.
• Participate in client presentations and lead creative discussions.
• Develop creative concepts and presentations for new-business pitches.
• Ensure creative quality, consistency, and timely delivery across multiple projects.
• Stay updated with social trends, pop culture, emerging platforms, technology, and recent creative formats.
• Explore AI and emerging creative tools to improve ideation, production, and content development.

What We're Looking For
