? Key Requirements:
• 10–13 years of experience in the Banking Industry.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Prior experience in Data Migration projects.
• Solid project coordination, planning, and execution skills.

? Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project updates, and status reporting.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.




• Use Jira to manage tasks, track deliverables, and monitor project progress.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and knowledge repositories in Confluence.
• Coordinate data migration activities, including planning, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Identify project risks and proactively work with relevant teams to mitigate them.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between business and technical teams.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
• Support process improvements and ensure adherence to project governance.
