Role Description As a Human Resources Executive at AutoTEC Systems Private Limited, you will manage day-to-day HR operations to support employees and leadership in an on-site environment in Hyderabad. This full time role includes administering HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management,



while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations. You will handle employee relations by addressing queries, supporting conflict resolution, and facilitating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The role involves maintaining and updating HR policies, assisting in performance management activities, and supporting recruitment, selection, and induction of new team members.
