Role Description The Chinese Chef - Commis-1 is a full-time, on-site role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This role supports the Chinese cuisine section,



preparing and cooking menu items to established recipes and standards under the guidance of senior chefs. Day-to-day responsibilities include mise en place, safe and efficient use of kitchen equipment, maintaining proper hygiene and food safety, and ensuring consistent taste, presentation, and portioning of all dishes. The Commis-1 will assist in receiving and storing ingredients, minimizing wastage, and following inventory and labeling procedures. The role also involves coordinating with the broader kitchen and service teams during high-volume events, responding to special dietary requests, and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation during conventions, weddings, and resort dining service.
