RoamYoo is a next-generation travel tech platform focused on making travel more social, authentic and experience-driven.

We are building a platform where travelers can discover destinations, connect with local hosts and communities, discover experiences, join trips and create meaningful travel connections.

We are now looking for a Founding CMO / Head of Marketing who can build RoamYoo's marketing engine from the ground up.

This is a core team role, not a conventional corporate marketing position.

We are looking for someone who wants to build the company, not simply manage a marketing department.
The Role

As the Founding CMO, you will own the entire marketing function at RoamYoo.

You will be responsible for:

* Brand strategy
* Social media
* Content strategy
* Growth marketing
* Community building
* Creator/influencer partnerships
* User acquisition
* PR
* Campaigns
* Partnerships
* Referral and viral growth
* Marketing analytics
* Customer acquisition and retention





You will work directly with the founders and have significant influence over the company's growth strategy.
The core question you'll own:

"How do we make RoamYoo a brand people discover, talk about, share and want to be part of?"

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy

Build and execute RoamYoo's complete marketing strategy from zero.

* Define target audiences and customer personas
* Develop positioning and messaging
* Build acquisition strategies
* Develop launch and growth plans
* Define marketing KPIs
* Create monthly and quarterly growth plans
* Identify recent acquisition channels
* Continuously test and optimize campaigns

2. Social Media & Content

You must have a deep understanding of social media, not just experience managing social accounts.

Own the strategy for:

* Instagram
* YouTube
* Reels / Shorts
* LinkedIn
* X
* Community platforms
* WhatsApp / Telegram communities

You will be responsible for developing:
