nWe are looking for a highly motivated and academically strong freshly qualified Chartered Accountant with excellent conceptual knowledge and a passion for learning. The role offers exposure to core finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and corporate finance activities across a energetic business environment.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Financial reporting, accounting, and book closure activities.n
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements.n
- Compliance with Accounting Standards and Ind AS.n
- Direct and Indirect Tax compliance, including GST and Income Tax.n
- Support in audits, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.n
- Analysis of mergers, demergers, preference shares, debentures, and other corporate finance transactions.n
- Preparation of MIS, financial models, and management reports.n




- Assist in finance process improvement and automation initiatives.n
