Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel students and understand their educational and career requirements.
• Recommend suitable courses and programs based on students' interests and goals.
• Handle student enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Explain course details, fees, duration, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Convert enquiries and leads into successful admissions.
• Guide students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student admission experience.

Requirements





• 2–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, Student
Counselling, or a related field.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good counselling and convincing skills.
• Sales and lead-conversion experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple student enquiries and follow-ups.
• Comfortable communicating through phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification

• Any Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Experience in the education/training industry is preferred.
