Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate (Intern)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate (Intern) with 6 months – 1 year of experience, who has a strong inclination towards recruitment and talent strategy. This role involves a mix of 70% Talent Acquisition and 30% HR Operations, supporting both IT and Non-IT hiring needs. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (70%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring plans
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and track recruitment metrics and reports
HR Operations (30%)
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist with HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR functioning
Requirements:
• 0.6–1 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
• Exposure to hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles
