Role Description The Store Manager at The Trost is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales activities, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The Store Manager will handle customer inquiries and issues, drive customer satisfaction,



and implement initiatives to meet sales and performance targets. Additional responsibilities include enforcing retail loss prevention measures, maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations, and preparing regular reports on store performance. The role also involves coaching and developing team members to uphold The Trost’s brand values and service standards.
Qualifications
• Solid customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a positive in-store experience.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, training staff, and coordinating with internal teams.
