TL;DR: We're hiring an HR Head to run people operations across two companies: Zinc & Broccoli, our ~20-person design studio, and SCPL, our sister print and packaging facility with ~45 people on the production floor. It's a new role. You'll be the only dedicated HR skilled across both, building hiring, performance reviews, exits and POSH compliance from the ground up, and taking day-to-day people issues off management's desk. We are not looking for freshers, but for someone who has atleast 3 years of manufacturing industry experience, and who's looking for a challenging role to grow their skills conceptually (and not just on paper).
