The RoleWe are hiring a Business Development Manager (Individual Contributor, Field Sales) to sell our Pressure Injector to diagnostic and imaging centres with CT-scan facilities across Lucknow and major cities of Uttar Pradesh.
This is not a desk job and not a people-management role. It is a high-ownership, on-ground sales position for someone who enjoys daily client meetings, travel and closing deals personally.




What You Will Do• Identify and engage diagnostic and imaging centres with CT-scan facilities across your territory
• Present the Pressure Injector to decision-makers: owners, radiologists, centre heads and procurement teams
• Coordinate product demonstrations and answer technical and commercial questions
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet quarterly targets
• Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business, servicing needs and referrals
• Own and grow the sales pipeline across Lucknow and key UP cities
• Travel extensively to meet prospective and existing clients on the ground
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and deal stages in the CRM
• Use Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline tracking and share regular sales reports and market feedback with leadership
