Role Description The Receptionist is a full-time, in office role based at the Hair O Craft Hair Transplant Clinic in Vellarikkund. The role involves greeting clients, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and providing clear information about appointments, basic services, and clinic processes. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, handling inquiries, scheduling and updating appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records and front-desk documentation. The Receptionist will coordinate with medical and administrative staff,



manage waiting area organization, and support smooth clinic operations through general clerical and front-office duties. The role requires a professional, welcoming presence, consistent punctuality, and adherence to clinic policies and confidentiality standards.
