Role Description The Sr Manager – Executive Education will manage XLEAD Corporate Programmes, overseeing design, development, and delivery of executive learning solutions for corporate clients. This full-time, role involves engaging with client organizations to understand their capability-building needs, conceptualizing appropriate programmes, and coordinating with faculty and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution.

The Sr Manager will drive business development for executive and corporate programmes by nurturing client relationships,



preparing proposals, and supporting marketing initiatives. The role also entails continuous improvement of offerings through market research, feedback analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders to keep programmes relevant in a dynamic business environment.

Qualifications
• Strong experience in executive education, corporate training, learning & development, or related fields, preferably within a business school or corporate setting.
• Demonstrated capability in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and team-oriented work with faculty and senior leaders.
• Solid understanding of contemporary management and leadership development topics, with the ability to translate organizational needs into learning solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation abilities, and comfort facilitating client discussions.
