Role: PM Executive- Google Ads
Department: Performance Marketing
Location: Lower Oshiwara (100% Work from Office)
Reports to: Performance Marketing Manager

What you will own:
This is a hands-on execution role.



You will be the primary Google Ads operator for TruNativ's D2C website, responsible for building, running, and continuously improving every paid search and shopping campaign that drives revenue. You won't be managing agencies; you'll be doing the work yourself.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Google Ads : Campaign Creation & Management
• Own complete campaign execution across Search, Shopping (Standard & Performance Max), Demand Gen and YouTube.
• Build and maintain tightly structured campaigns: match-type discipline, negative keyword lists, ad group segmentation by product category (Protein, Collagen, Everyday Range, Sugar Replacer).
• Set up and manage Google Merchant Center feed monitor feed health, fix disapprovals, and optimise product titles and descriptions for Shopping.
• Run Performance Max campaigns with smart asset group structuring and audience signal inputs; understand what PMax can and cannot do.
• Conduct deep
