Role Description The Head of Training and Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for designing, implementing,



and overseeing training initiatives across the organization. This role involves assessing training needs for different departments, developing structured training programs and schedules, and delivering or coordinating sessions for drivers, support staff, and office teams. The position includes monitoring training effectiveness, updating content to align with safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements, and maintaining training records and compliance documentation. The Head of Training and Development will collaborate closely with HR and operations leadership on succession planning, capability building, and employee engagement initiatives to support performance, safety, and service quality. The role also requires continuous improvement of training methods, introduction of digital learning tools, and alignment of development plans with organizational goals.
