Role Description The Claim Assessor is responsible for evaluating motor insurance claims by reviewing inspection reports, photographs,



and supporting documentation to determine the extent of damage and recommended settlement. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves coordinating with inspectors, insurance company representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim assessments. Day-to-day activities include verifying policy coverage, analyzing vehicle condition and repair estimates, identifying discrepancies or potential fraud, and documenting findings in clear, structured reports. The Claim Assessor will also maintain organized records of assessments, adhere to company and regulatory guidelines, and contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality and turnaround times.
Qualifications
