? About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and result-oriented TGT Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty at Sikandarpur, Chanduali. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to Senior Secondary students. You will play a pivotal role in simplifying complex mathematical concepts, preparing students for board examinations, developing problem-solving abilities, and fostering logical and analytical thinking skills.
? Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery:
Design, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lesson plans in alignment with the prescribed board curriculum (CBSE).
Assessment & Evaluation:
Prepare question papers, evaluate assignments and answer scripts, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records for each student.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a disciplined, interactive,
and inclusive learning setting that encourages active student participation and mathematical problem-solving.
Parent Engagement:
Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to provide constructive feedback on student progress, attendance, academic performance, and behavioral development.
? Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
• Master’s Degree in Mathematics (M.A. / M.Sc.) from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree is strictly mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience teaching Mathematics at the TGT/Senior Secondary level in a recognized school.
