Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for driving showroom and project sales for customised home furniture and décor.



The role includes engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, materials, finishes, and customization options, and offering tailored solutions. The Sales Executive will prepare quotations, follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines, and support the closing of orders. Responsibilities also include coordinating with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, managing post-sales support, tracking sales targets, and providing feedback from customers and the market to help refine offerings and improve service.
