- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.n
- Coordinate meetings, reviews, and business appointments.n
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting materials.n




- Maintain records and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.n

nCommunication Management

- Act as a point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.n
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.n
- Draft and coordinate professional communications.n
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, meetings, and commitments.n

nTravel & Event Coordination

- Assist in arranging travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.n
- Coordinate business meetings, conferences, and events.n
- Ensure smooth execution of travel and logistics arrangements.n

nMeeting Management

- Schedule and organize meetings with internal teams, vendors, and business partners.n
- Prepare meeting agendas and maintain meeting notes.n
