nKey Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with U.S. collections laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).n
- Handle escalated accounts and customer disputes requiring managerial intervention.n
- Ensure operational processes are executed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).n
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.n
- Continuously assess processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.n




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall service delivery.n

nPreferred Candidate Profile

- n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Spanish voice / Spanish-speaking processes — mandatory.n
- Excellent English communication skills.n
- B2 level or above Spanish language certification — mandatory.n
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.n
- Ability to manage escalations and work effectively in a process-driven environment.n
