Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a highly driven Outbound SDR / Inside Sales Executive who can proactively identify, engage, qualify, and convert high-potential prospects into qualified sales opportunities for greytHR.
nThis role is not limited to traditional cold calling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI-powered prospecting, sales intelligence, automation, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools to identify the right accounts and decision-makers and build a robust outbound pipeline.
nThe candidate should have a data-driven, technology-first approach to prospecting and be comfortable experimenting with AI tools to improve research, personalization, outreach, and productivity.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Outbound Prospecting
n
- n
- Identify and research target accounts within the defined ICP.n
- Prospect into mid-market organizations across relevant industries.n
- Identify key decision-makers such as HR Heads, CHROs, HR Directors, CFOs, Founders, and Business Leaders.n




- Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline through multi-channel outreach.n

n2. AI-Powered Prospecting

- Use AI tools to identify prospects, research accounts, understand buyer profiles, and personalize outreach.n
- Leverage AI for account research, lead prioritization, email/message personalization, and prospect intelligence.n
- Experiment with new AI-powered sales and prospecting tools to improve productivity and conversion.n
- Use AI responsibly to improve the quality and relevance of outreach rather than relying on generic automated messaging.n
