About the Role

JOJO is looking for a Sales Manager– AFP & Advertising who can work across both sides of JOJO's commercial business: advertising revenue and content-led monetisation.
The candidate will be responsible for selling conventional advertising inventory as well as AFP, sponsorships, branded content, content integrations and other commercial opportunities.
This is a versatile sales role for someone who can understand both media advertising and brand-content partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Advertisement Sales

• Identify and acquire new advertisers.
• Build relationships with brands, corporates and advertising/media agencies.
• Sell JOJO's OTT and digital advertising inventory.
• Prepare media plans, quotations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate and close advertising campaigns.




• Develop repeat business from existing advertisers.

AFP & Sponsorship Sales

• Identify brands suitable for AFP and sponsorship opportunities.
• Pitch JOJO's shows, movies, web series, events and other content properties.
• Develop branded-content and sponsorship proposals.
• Create customised brand-integration opportunities.
• Coordinate with content and production teams for client requirements.
• Negotiate sponsorship commercials and close partnerships.

Business Development

• Research recent companies, industries and potential clients.
• Develop new B2B revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• End-to-end sales execution.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and business meetings.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling advertising and AFP solutions.
