About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of project planning, execution, client communication, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, client handling, sprint delivery, and project risk management.
The candidate will work closely with clients, developers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage projects from initiation through successful delivery.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
· Understand project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
· Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
· Coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.




· Work closely with development, design, QA, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Track sprint progress, project status, dependencies, and deliverables.
· Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
· Handle changes in project scope, priorities, and requirements effectively.
· Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress, issues, and timelines.
· Prepare project status reports and maintain relevant project documentation.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to agreed requirements and quality standards.
· Resolve project-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the IT/software industry.
· Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
