Adani Solar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant HR Professional to join our manufacturing team at Mundra. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in plant HR operations, employee relations, statutory compliance, and labor law management in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end Plant HR operations and workforce administration.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, labor laws, and regulatory provisions.
• Handle audits, inspections, compliance documentation, and contractor management.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling,



and industrial relations.
• Support manpower planning, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Coordinate with plant leadership and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

Preferred Profile: ✅ 10-15 years of experience in Plant HR within manufacturing/industrial organizations.
✅ Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR governance.
✅ Experience in handling industrial relations and workforce management.
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
