We're hiring: AI Video & Performance Content Creator

Enabl Growth is a D2C accelerator focused on video and creative. We work with D2C and B2C brands on the creative side of their performance marketing: the storytelling, the scripts, the videos, and all the hook and format variations that go into testing what actually sells.
We're looking for someone to work closely with our founder on this. You'd be in the thick of it from the first client call to the final cut.
We use AI heavily in everything we do. If you already live in tools like Claude and Higgsfield and enjoy figuring out how to get better results from them, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing
• Joining client calls to understand their brand, their audience, and what has and hasn't worked for them before
• Building storyboards and writing scripts for reels and static ads
• Creating multiple versions of each concept with different hooks, angles and styles for testing
• Producing videos and images using AI generation tools alongside Blender, After Effects and Photoshop
• Using Claude to speed up scripting, research,



ideation and production
• Keeping an eye on what's performing on Meta and bringing those learnings back into our work

What we're looking for
• A real passion for content, especially short-form video
• A good understanding of how performance marketing works and what makes an ad convert
• A sense of which reels and statics do well on Meta, and why
• Robust prompting skills in Claude and comfort getting real work done with AI
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation
• Basic working knowledge of Blender
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop, including everyday retouching and clean-up
• Someone who is a video person at heart and enjoys experimenting

Nice to have
• A portfolio of ads, reels or AI-generated content you've made
• Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or reading basic ad performance data
