We are hiring an on-site Media Recruitment Consultant (4–5 years experience, immediate joiner) in Mumbai(Malad - insite) to manage end-to-end hiring for media clients.
Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Hiring:



Manage briefs, sourcing, screening, initial interviews, and interview coordination for media industry roles.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner with media organizations to define requirements and deliver qualified talent pipelines.
• Process & Data Management: Track metrics, update ATS, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 4–5 years in a recruitment consultancy with a strong focus on hiring for media, entertainment, or digital content companies.
• Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.
• Location: Full time, in office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
• Skills: Strong sourcing, negotiation, candidate relationship management, and familiarity with job portals/ATS.
