Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at FiveS Digital is a full-time, in office position based in Hubli.



The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping with onboarding and documentation. Responsibilities include supporting HR policy implementation, assisting in administering employee benefits and engagement initiatives, and contributing to personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking and basic reports. The intern will collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth HR processes, handle basic employee queries, and help coordinate training or HR-related events.
