Role Overview
We are looking for a Service Manager – Mutual Fund to manage client servicing, queries, transactions, KYC documentation, portfolio support, and coordination with fund houses and internal teams.
Key Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in Mutual Funds / Wealth Management / BFSI / Client Servicing preferred.
• Valuable knowledge of SIPs, redemptions, switches, KYC, and mutual fund operations.
• Strong communication, client-handling, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
• NISM certification will be an advantage.
• Candidates residing in or near Rohini, Delhi will be preferred.
• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
