Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior IPQA / QA professional with strong QMS experience to manage quality assurance activities across manufacturing and packaging operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain QMS activities as per GMP, SOPs and GDP requirements.
• Handle Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, OOS/OOT and quality investigations.
• Review and control SOPs, BMR/BPR, logbooks and quality documentation.
• Perform line clearance and in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene and quality requirements.




• Monitor manufacturing processes as per approved BMR and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Production and QC for quality issues, investigations and corrective actions.
• Verify equipment calibration, cleanliness, material reconciliation and yield.
• Support internal/customer audits and ensure timely CAPA closure.
• Ensure overall audit readiness and continuous improvement of the quality system.

Qualification & Experience
• B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in QA/IPQA, preferably in Cosmetics, Personal Care or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Solid hands-on experience in QMS activities.
• Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, GDP, BMR/BPR and quality documentation.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
