Position 2: Hr Recruiter/Talent Acquisition
Location: Head Office – Chinar Park, Kolkata

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role

Saburi Ply is looking for two Hr Executives in two different roles proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive and Hr Recruiter to support the organization's recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should either have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment OR a HR generalist activities with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Advance Excel.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and wants to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

For Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Factory, and Corporate positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.





• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.

AND....

For HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.

• Prepare employee documentation and maintain personnel records.

• Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.

• Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.

• Coordinate confirmation, exit formalities, and HR documentation.

• Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR records.

HR Reporting & Administration

• Prepare HR MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Maintain recruitment dashboards and HR data.

• Generate reports related to hiring, employee records, attendance, and HR metrics.

• Coordinate with various departments for HR-related activities.
