As a CCE, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and providing timely and accurate solutions. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service are preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Basic knowledge of BFSI products and services is an advantage.
