Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, and service quality for F&B; business units supported by Manago. This role includes monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The General Manager will coordinate with department leads to optimize workflows, resolve operational issues, and maintain high guest satisfaction. They will also contribute to strategic planning,



support recruitment and training initiatives, and work closely with senior leadership to drive business growth.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably within the F&B; or hospitality sector.
• Robust leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proven capability in problem-solving, process improvement, and maintaining high service standards.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and best practices in F&B; operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
