We are hiring for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance skilled for an automotive manufacturing setup in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

Experience: 7+ Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical / Automotive
Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing
Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Budget: As per interview & current salary

Key Requirements:

* Strong hands-on experience in Mechanical Maintenance & Troubleshooting
* Experience with Forging Presses, Pneumatic Presses, SPMs & Conveyors
* Knowledge of Gearboxes, Cam Profiles & Servo Drive Mechanisms
* Preventive, Predictive & Planned Maintenance
* Hands-on experience with Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
* RCA, Why-Why Analysis, PDCA & Kaizen
* MTTR/MTBF improvement and equipment reliability
* SAP PM/MM, Maintenance KPIs & Spare Management




* Knowledge of Mitsubishi & Allen Bradley Servo Systems
* PLC troubleshooting/programming — GX Works/GX Works3 & GT Works3
* Machine safety, risk assessment, 5S, Poka-Yoke & IATF
* Troubleshooting of HT/LT, Transformer & DG systems
* Experience in machine capacity improvement and equipment reconditioning
