Role Description The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. The Customer Support Executive will handle service requests, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and escalate complex problems to relevant teams when needed.



Day-to-day tasks include maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up on open cases, and working to improve overall customer satisfaction. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to share customer feedback, suggest process improvements, and support a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy and explicit communication.
• Candidates should possess experience in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support, including managing queries across digital channels.
