We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our IT Services division as a Hero in our Outbound Sales Voice Process. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement through proactive telephone outreach. The successful candidate will serve as the primary voice of our brand, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while consistently meeting aggressive sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to generate fresh leads and promote service offerings.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding products.

• Develop robust communication strategies to effectively persuade prospects and convert conversations into sales.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, while diligently tracking progress against daily and monthly targets.





• Conduct thorough follow-ups with interested parties to maintain engagement and advance the sales pipeline.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer handling, lead generation, and outbound sales within a telecalling environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.

• Strong capability in convincing prospects and achieving defined sales targets through strategic negotiation.

• Experience in resolving customer queries and managing follow-up activities effectively.

• Familiarity with voice process operations and the ability to adapt quickly to sales scripts and protocols.

• A minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
