Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our IT Services division as an Outbound Sales representative for Tata 1MG. This pivotal position focuses on driving revenue growth through proactive communication with potential clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, effectively articulating the value of our medical and wellness solutions while working towards ambitious sales objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and qualify leads.

• Clearly articulate product features, advantages, and service offerings to prospective customers to address their specific healthcare needs.

• Actively listen to client inquiries and concerns to build trust and foster long-term relationships.

• Consistently strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic negotiation and closing techniques.





• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within the company database.

• Utilize basic computer applications to manage call logs, access product information, and update customer profiles efficiently.

• Demonstrate qualified telephone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills throughout all client engagements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience or strong aptitude in telecalling, voice processes, and outbound sales environments.

• Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles and practices.

• Excellent negotiation abilities with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
