Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships,



and developing strategic partnerships across AI consulting, digital product engineering, and transformation services. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Daily activities include collaborating with delivery and marketing teams to shape solutions, negotiating contracts, tracking performance against targets, and representing Applore Technologies at meetings, events, and industry forums. The role requires proactive prospecting, regular client engagement, and consistent reporting on business development activities and results.
