Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to build and elevate the capabilities of our real estate sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that improve sales effectiveness, product knowledge, customer engagement, and conversion rates across projects.
The Sales Trainer will work closely with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps, coach teams on consultative selling techniques, and drive measurable improvements in sales performance.



This role combines training delivery, field coaching, performance management, and content development.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Sales Training: Conduct onboarding and ongoing training programs on sales processes, product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Capability Development: Identify skill gaps and implement training interventions to improve team performance.
• Field Coaching: Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide actionable feedback to sales teams to improve conversion rates.
• Content Development: Create training materials, sales playbooks, assessments, SOPs, and learning resources.
• Performance Monitoring: Measure training effectiveness through assessments, sales KPIs, and productivity metrics.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Project Heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
