Responsibilities

Position Purpose: We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. This role will manage a diverse portfolio of hiring across both technical (Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, Product) and non-technical (Operations, Finance, Risk, Corporate Functions) roles.

You will partner closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, enterprise workplace. This is a hands-on role requiring strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruitment delivery.

Primary duties will include:

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, post offer collaborations).
