Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune District.

This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in domestic and international markets, particularly in sectors such as Oil & Gas and industrial manufacturing.

The individual will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, customer visits, technical and commercial discussions, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.

Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, collaborating with internal engineering, production, and quality teams to align offerings with customer needs, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
