Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for café and corporate positions, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The Recruitment Specialist will partner with unit managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely hiring. Daily activities include conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines,



maintaining recruitment records, and supporting onboarding and training coordination. The role also involves building talent pools, promoting the employer brand, and ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with August Café’s culture and service standards.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills for assessing candidates and representing the organization professionally.
• Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support smooth integration of new team members into café operations and company culture.
• Relevant experience in recruitment within hospitality, retail, or customer-facing environments is beneficial.
