Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition, business growth, and strategic account development. The role will focus on identifying and acquiring new B2B customers, developing long-term relationships with key accounts, managing the complete sales cycle, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while working collaboratively with internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new B2B customers across target industries.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key and strategic accounts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closure, and customer onboarding.




• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the business development/sales team to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Develop pricing proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and close business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Drive customer retention and repeat business through strong relationship management and proactive engagement.
