The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager who knows how to build relationships, open doors and close business.
You’ll be responsible for driving B2B sales , developing new accounts, managing corporate clients and taking opportunities from first conversation to final closure.

What You’ll Do:
• Generate recent B2B business through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements across office essentials, merchandise, corporate gifting, branding, printing and packaging.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, product discussions and negotiations.




• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities and drive deals to closure
• Build a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
• Identify new markets, accounts and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations and Creative teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Own monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate client records, pipeline updates and sales reports
• Support and guide sales team members wherever required

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Corporate Gifting / Merchandise / Office Essentials / Branding / Printing
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business
• Comfortable working with sales targets and pipelines
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting
• Hands-on
